Mansi R. Shah, MD
- Hematologist/Oncologist
- Assistant Professor of Medicine, Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School
I am a hematologist-oncologist at Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey and Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, where I specialize in the care of people living with multiple myeloma and other plasma cell disorders. My work focuses on advancing treatment through cellular therapies such as CAR-T and bispecific antibodies—while always centering the human experience behind every diagnosis.
I believe in building strong, trusting relationships with my patients and their families. A cancer diagnosis can feel overwhelming, and it’s my goal to guide each person through their treatment journey with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
At New Jersey’s only NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, I’m grateful to be part of a team that offers access to innovative clinical trials and the most up-to-date therapies—while keeping our patients at the heart of everything we do.
