Jean Daniel Eloy, MD is an alumnus of New Jersey Medical School, Class of 2004. Dr. Eloy is an assistant professor of anesthesiology. He started a Regional Anesthesia clinical Rotation for Resident, mentors both medical students and residents.Dr. Eloy was recently promoted to the position of Residency Program Director after serving as Assistant residency program director for 2 years. He continues to be an instructor of regional anesthesia for residents and participates in faculty development teaching anesthesia attending regional anesthesia. In 2010, he was one of the instructors at North Shore LIJ?s ?Intensive Ultrasound Based Regional Anesthesia Conference? and in 2011, 2012, 2013 ?UPMC Regional Anesthesia and Ultrasound Guided techniques Conference with Live models, Hands on workshop? at the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh PA. Dr. Eloy has also conducted Grand Rounds for the departments of General Surgery: Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Management in the Surgical Patient; Department of Anesthesiology: Regional Anesthesia in the anti-coagulated patient; Department of Pediatric: Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Management in the pediatric patient; and the department of Orthopedic Surgery: Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Management in orthopedic patients.
